PHASE 4 REOPENING

The Streamwood Park District looks forward to continuing to provide diverse and responsive recreational opportunities through our parks, facilities, service, employees, and volunteers.

In accordance with the State of Illinois’ Restore Illinois Plan, park district staff continues to plan for the return of programming and the reopening of facilities as detailed in Phase 4. We continue to monitor the progress and are prepared to adjust our plan as we get further into Phase 4.

Below are the details for specific areas of interest:

Park Place Family Recreation Center: The Fitness Center and Lap Pool are open. Park Place opens at 5:30a M-F, and at 7a on Saturdays and Sundays. Patrons must register for assigned time slots for both the Fitness Center and Lap Pool. For details on the reopening, reservations, and rules, please click here. Community Center: Will remain closed to the public, but open to private rentals.
Hoosier Grove Barn: Barn staff is working during the week to work with wedding parties or rental groups for future events. If you’re interested in booking a future event at Hoosier Grove Barn, please visit the Barn’s website here.
Parks & Playgrounds: Playgrounds and shelters are now open. For a detailed look at our reopening, please click here.
Athletic Fields: Available for future rentals.

Any open facilities will remain open as long as participants adhere to the District’s guidelines for use of those facilities based on the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Illinois Department of Health (IDPH) guidelines.

All Streamwood Park District staff is prepared to adjust and make appropriate changes as we move further into Phase 4. We will continue to keep you as informed as possible.
