GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

VIRTUAL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Group Fitness classes are offered weekly and are free for members. The variety of group fitness classes offered such as Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, Bootcamp, Spin®, Zumba®, and more will help get you into better shape, fight off boredom, and help you stay motivated to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

All classes feature a fun, safe, and judgment-free environment.

Drop-in and pay the daily Group Fitness fee, or sign-up for a Group Fitness Membership today.

GROUP FITNESS FEES

Group fitness is free for patrons with a valid membership.

  • $6 Adult drop-in
  • $5 Senior drop-in

Standard social distancing protocols apply.

The capacity for classes is 15 with the exception of spin classes,  which is currently capped at 8 (in-person Group Fitness Classes.

GROUP FITNESS NOTES

  • Non-registration classes are for ages 14 & older unless otherwise noted.
  • Any Group Fitness class may be canceled or altered due to low attendance. Any class with an average of five (5) or fewer participants will be flagged/watched for one (1) month and may be canceled or changed to registration class if the average attendance does not increase.

HIIT it Friday w/ Cari

Start your weekend off strong! It’s all about the cardio. Get ready to step out of your comfort zone and boost your metabolism.

Fridays beginning January 8 from 9 – 9:45a.

*Recommended equipment/materials: Mat, hand weights, resistance tube, towel, and water

Saturday Sculpt w/ Cari

Set your intention for the weekend! It’s all about the muscle. Time for strength and endurance for increased lean mass; balance and flexibility for resilience.

Saturdays beginning January 9 from 9 – 10a

*Recommended equipment/materials: mat, hand weights, resistance tube, towel, and water

*Fitness equipment for use during these virtual classes can be rented from the Park Place Recreation Center with a credit card on file. Please contact Kyle Saros or Adam Vasquez for additional information.
