GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
Volunteer coaches will lead one practice during the week and games on Saturdays. This is an intervillage league with games at both Park Place and other local park districts. Practices and games start in early April and schedules will be provided approximately one week before the first game. The final week of the season will be a tournament. Players will need to provide their own knee pads.

The Streamwood Park District offers a wide range of youth sports and sports leagues throughout the year. Our Youth Sports Leagues are highly reliant on volunteer coaches and team coordinators.
All the necessary equipment and training resources are provided, ensuring that you are prepared to coach and have a fun and rewarding experience.

CONCUSSION AWARENESS
The Streamwood Park District takes head injuries very seriously.
We strive to educate our volunteer coaches, parents, and participants whenever possible. As a parent of a child who plays youth sports, please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with current information on concussions from the Center for Disease Control’s Head’s Up website.
