Streamwood Park District partners with Hoffman Estates Park District and Elgin Parks to bring you and your furry friends ulti-mutt fun.
FREEDOM RUN DOG PARK
The Streamwood Park District has entered into an intergovernmental agreement with Hoffman Estates Park District and Elgin Parks and Recreation Department to provide our residents with an off-leash, full-fenced membership dog park open all year round.
Freedom Run is dedicated to Military Service Dogs and their handlers who have bravely served our country in military conflicts.
Freedom Run Dog Park Rates
Residents:
- First Dog: $49
- Each additional dog (of the same owner): $15
Non-Residents:
- First Dog: $69
- Each Additional Dog (of the same owner): $20
Residents of Streamwood Park District, Hoffman Estates Park District, and the City of Elgin may also pay resident fees to purchase an annual combo membership that includes access to Bo’s Run Dog Park located near Hoffman Estates Park District Willow Recreation Center at 3600 Lexington Drive in Hoffman Estates. Streamwood Park District and the City of Elgin residents may not purchase a membership only to Bo’s Run at resident rates.

This off-leash membership park is located at 6150 Russell Road in Hoffman Estates. Park is open daily, year-round as a dedicated open space for your dog to enjoy while you relax
BO'S RUN DOG PARK
Residents of Streamwood, Hoffman Estates, and Elgin may pay resident rates to purchase annual combo memberships that include Bo’s Run.
Bo’s Run is named after Hoffman Estates Police Department’s first K-9, Bo. The park is dedicated to all the Civil Service dogs that have served our community.
Residents of Streamwood and Elgin may not purchase a membership solely to Bo’s Run.

This park is located at 3600 Lexington Drive in Hoffman Estates (near Hoffman Estates Park District’s Willow Recreation Center). Park is open daily, year-round as a dedicated open space for your dog to enjoy while you relax.

GENERAL NOTES
- Space is limited to a first come, first served basis.
- Documentation from your vet is required upon registration showing your dog is current with all vaccines including Rabies, Distemper, Para Influenza, Parvo Virus, Bordatella, Leptospirosis, and a current negative fecal test. This is a requirement from the Cook County Department of Animal and Rabies Control.
- Current Village of Streamwood registration is also required.
- Membership passes may be purchased at Park Place Family Recreation Center if paying by credit card. If paying by cash or check, memberships must be purchased at Hoffman Estates Park District.
