Rental Rates
Monday-Thursday: $595
4-hour minimum with a $125/hour for each additional hour.
Friday-Sunday: $795
4-hour minimum with a $175/hour for each additional hour.
The loft is available for an additional $90 with your rental.
The outdoor garden is available as an additional $450. The outdoor garden can also be rented separately.
A non-refundable $300 deposit (part of your rental fees) is due at the time of your reservation.
Balance is due fifteen (15) days prior to your scheduled event.
