GRADES 2 – 9

Have your child learn what theatre has to offer, from all we do backstage such as costumes, props, and lighting to the magic that happens on stage such as dancing, singing, and becoming part of a team. All participants must commit to being present at every rehearsal during tech week and each scheduled performance. Participants should not miss more than three scheduled rehearsals during the general rehearsal period.

What to expect at Auditions:

• warm-ups
• quick games
• singing, lines, and dance auditions

Auditioners MUST come prepared with a short song for the singing portion. Students must bring dance shoes or gym shoes for the dance portion.

REHEARSALS
Rehearsals will take place on Saturdays starting on August 12 from 9a – 12p.

PERFORMANCES
The performances will take place on Friday, December 15, and Saturday, December 16 at the Hanover Park Park District Gym/Auditorium.
