GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Group Fitness classes are offered weekly and are free for members holding Annual Group Fitness, All-Inclusive, Silver Sneakers, and Renew Active Memberships. The variety of group fitness classes offered such as Yoga, HIIT, Bootcamp, Spin®, Zumba®, and more will help get you into better shape, fight off boredom, and help you stay motivated to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

All classes feature a fun, safe, and judgment-free environment.

Drop in and pay the daily Group Fitness fee or sign-up for an Annual Group Fitness Membership today.

GROUP FITNESS NOTES

  • Classes are for ages 14 & older unless otherwise noted.
  • Any Group Fitness class may be canceled or altered due to low attendance. Any class with an average of five (5) or fewer participants will be flagged/watched for one (1) month and may be canceled if the average attendance does not increase.

ALIGNMENT YOGA

with Diane

Saturdays, 7-8am

This all-levels class is a slow-paced flow with a focus on the foundations of postures.  The class has a combination of mobility, strength, and alignment drills that enhance any level of practitioner interested in developing more awareness in breath and movement.

AQUA FIT

with Mary

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, 9-10am

AquaFit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. The class begins with a gentle warm-up and from there, you’ll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells. This 60-minute cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment.

BOOT CAMP

Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm

Work at your own pace and ability as your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that will help you improve your strength, power, and movement. Class variety designed to push and challenge the body.

BUILD & BURN

with Lilly

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10-10:45am

BURN exercises like squats, presses, push-ups, and rows effectively target large muscle groups, which provides a great effect on fat burning. BUILD muscle to burn more calories. Increasing your muscle mass also increases your metabolism which, in turn, will help you lose weight.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Wednesdays, 8:30-9:15am

A total body workout that involves utilizing multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility, and quickness. In the movement prep segment, participants will be introduced to the proper technique in executing the four main punches (jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts).

INTERVAL TRAINING

Mondays, 8:30-9:15am

The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, fit and increase core strength and bone health. Using light to moderate weights with the “rep effect” this class gives you a total body workout leaving you feeling challenged and energized. You’ll be coached through moves and techniques with motivation and great music.

POWER SPLASH

with Mary

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8-9am

This class uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against the body and water weights to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities. This is a moderate to high-intensity class designed to work the whole body.

SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT

with Mary

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:15-10am

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball is alternated lower body chair/wall work and stretches.

SPIN®

with Cathy

Mondays, 9:30-10:30am
Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm
Fridays, 9-10am

The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Get your sweat on to time or music-based aerobic endurance, conditioning, and anaerobic interval training motivated by expert instruction. Classes focus on drills that build power and endurance on the bike and brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold to increase your cycling power.

STRETCH INFUSION

Fridays, 10:15-11am

Floor-based mat class designed for everyone. Non-impact, safe, and effective. You will improve flexibility, joint mobility, balance, and posture.

STRICTLY STRENGTH

YOGA

This well-rounded class will promote a balance between strength and flexibility. It will combine postures with breath work to promote focus when needed and relaxation. This class will continue to build upon itself to allow participants to progress in their practice. All levels are
encouraged.

ZUMBA®

Wednesdays & Fridays, 10:30-11:30am

Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms with easy-to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Zumba® utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
