The memorial bench is a 6-foot ADA-accessible bench made from recycled material that will be placed at the park of your choice. The placement of the bench will be coordinated with the Parks Department to ensure your satisfaction.

For an added memorial value, an engraving of your own personalized message can be added. An engraving includes up to one (1) line of text with up to 35 characters. Up to (2) additional slats of (35) characters each can be additional for an additional $500 for each slat.

Black resin infill is the standard color for lettering. Additional color options may be available for an upcharge.

The memorial brick paver is 4” x 8” with an engraved personalized message. You can choose to place your brick around the Park Place Family Recreation Center memorial circle. The placement of your brick will be coordinated with the Parks Department to ensure your satisfaction.

The memorial trees are living dedications that provide a variety of aesthetic and environmental benefits for Streamwood’s parks.

Trees planted in the spring have an April 15 deadline and trees planted in the fall have a September 15 deadline. These deadlines are for optimal planting conditions to ensure proper health and longevity.

Your specific park choice will be coordinated with the Parks Department to ensure your satisfaction and is subject to nursery availability.
