One of Chicago’s original beers, a resurrected Pre-Prohibition pilsner modernized for today. Clean, crisp Bohemian hop character.
A bock originally brewed for the World’s Columbia Exposition of 1893. Described as “very dark in color and of unusual strength,” this recrafting is malt forward with a rich body and dry finish.
A cloudy pale hop bomb of apricot, peach, mango, and grapefruit dominates this smooth fruity beer with almost no bitterness.

features Sugar Creek Under-modified Malt, German Spalter Hops from Michigan Hop Alliance, and an undeniable favorite yeast from a storied brewery near the Rhine River in Germany, courtesy of Omega Yeast. We get subtle & lovely esters of pear on the nose with delicate notes of pan dulce from the malt. This balanced session beer finishes nice and crisp, ready for another pour.
A stronger Berliner Weisse, we brew ours with delicious Sugar Creek White Wheat, Red Wheat & Pilsner Malt. We ferment with our favorite house ale yeast. Our special lactobacillus culture adds a well-rounded and pleasantly tart acidity. We finish with juicy pink guava and prickly pear for tropical flavor and depth. On the nose, it’s lively and fresh with lovely floral aromatics of lime. In simpler terms- it’s delicious and the perfect gateway into sour beer.

Extra Special Bitters are an english style brewed to be well balanced between malt and noble English hops but not too bitter.
A German-style once almost extinct, this one has fresh strawberry and basil added.

Vermont Style DIPA is brewed with Mosaic, Strata, Centennial, and Chinook. A collab with our friends at Werk Force Brewing. Like a smooth ski day where the powder is perfect, this DIPA will have you feeling like you’re flying down the slopes at warp speed! Just don’t “French Fry” when you should “Pizza” bro, or you’re gonna have a bad time!

Mexican-style Lager brewed with premium German pilsner malt and flaked corn for a light body with a subtle sweetness. Crystal and Saaz hops add a slight herbal spice note. Fermented with Mexican Lager yeast for a clean beer with a crisp finish.
The name is a reference to the often-played combination of Grateful Dead songs’ Scarlet Begonias and Fire on the Mountain. This beer features a great balance of malt sweetness from caramel malt and subtle toasty notes from roasted barley. Brewed with American Ale yeast, and East Kent Golding hops, it pays tribute to its heritage as an Irish Red Ale.
