TOURNAMENT RULES
For the first time ever, the Streamwood Park District is offering an opportunity for players of all ages to participate in a FIFA 20 online competition in partnership with Northern Illinois University’s Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education in the College of Education.
There will be two separate brackets, one for Xbox One and one for PS4, with a total of 16 players competing in each bracket. Players must own FIFA 20 in order to participate in the tournament. Prizes and t-shirts will be awarded to our finalists.
The tournament is open to players of all ages.
GENERAL RULES
- The tournament will be played with FIFA 20 in Kick-Off mode.
- The tournament will be played on the latest live patch.
- Each player must use their own Xbox Live or PlayStation Network account.
- 85-Overall Team Strength Equalizer must be turned on, if possible. If not, teams should be of relatively even strength, but players are permitted to choose any team they feel comfortable with. Players WILL NOT be utilizing Ultimate Team clubs.
- You are permitted to change cosmetics during the tournament.

- Number of Players: 16
- Format: Best-of-1 Single Elimination
- Prizes: t-shirt for all participants in the finals from NIU

- Copy of FIFA 20® on your preferred console
- Xbox One® or PlayStation 4 console™
- Online subscription (Xbox Live® or PlayStation Network™, as necessary)
- Discord account
- Get your Discord account here.
- NIU will provide a Discord communication server for use during the event
- Stable internet connection
