Interval Training
with Lisa This high-intensity interval training class combines calisthenics, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises in cardio intervals. Exercises are done in time bursts with short recovery periods, with a goal of reaching an anaerobic state, increasing metabolism for 24-72 hours after the workout.

Golden Agers Social Club
Seniors 55 years + Come and join other like-minded seniors weekly for a way to stay active in a fun group setting. Play some cards, enjoy some snacks, take a walk around our track, or watch some movies. Birthdays are celebrated at the end of each month. $25 annual membership OR $3/day.
