Due to the sub-zero weather forecasted for tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 23), the Streamwood Park District will be implementing the following measures for the day to ensure everyone’s safety:
PARK PLACE FAMILY RECREATION CENTER
– Park Place will open late tomorrow (1/23) starting at 12 p.m.
– All programs scheduled prior to 12 p.m. (Building Block Preschool, group fitness classes, Golden Agers Social Club, etc.) are canceled. Programs scheduled after 12 p.m. (group fitness classes, open swim, etc.) will proceed as scheduled.
– The pool will not reopen tomorrow until 12:15 p.m.
COMMUNITY CENTER
– Open at 5 p.m. for previously scheduled rentals.
HOOSIER GROVE BARN
– Open for normal business hours.
ADMINISTRATION
– Open for normal business hours.
