Lilibeth Rapley
I began my fitness career as a hobby later in life and developed a love and passion for healthy living. I simply love dancing and having fun…and realized that I could combine all these things and share with others. Fitness is one of the keys to healthy living and as a coach, it is important for me to be there for my clients/students, offering the support they need. My objective is to facilitate a fun, exciting way for them to make wise decisions to take care of their health, through exercise and nutrition. These two areas help lead to balanced living – physically & emotionally – independent of the stage of life we may currently be in. Starting this fitness journey after the age of 30, I love meeting with individuals of all ages, young and old, sharing their stories, putting in the hard work, sweating, laughing together and seeing the results day after day. Remember…we ALL can do it!

Bryan Aguada
I started my fitness journey when I was 17 years old, and it was here at the Streamwood Park District. I started off bodybuilding and slowly transitioned into powerlifting when I realized I had a lot more fun lifting heavy weights on the squat, bench, and deadlift. I enjoyed learning the technical and mechanical aspects of how to properly lift the most weight possible. I instantly fell in love with the sport after competing in my first USAPL powerlifting meet in 2020. I ended up winning first place in the 90 kg class and second place in open. My passion is teaching individuals that anyone can achieve greatness given the proper coaching. My goal is to educate and inspire anyone who is looking to start or improve on their fitness journey.
