Is my program/event being refunded?
All in-house programs, classes, and events scheduled to start or finish while facilities are closed are canceled. Full or prorated fee payments will be placed on a household account to be used toward a future program or event registration. You do not need to request a refund.
Some contractual programs, such as Shotokan Karate, Kid Rock, etc. are still on hold, pending direction from the vendor.
I have automatic billing for my program. Is that still being billed?
Building Block Preschool, Active Kidz, and other programs with automatic billing will not be charged during the closure. All automatic payments are suspended during the shutdown.
I have a fitness center membership. Am I still being charged during the closure?
Members who have paid in full will have memberships extended for the length of the closure.
