Marshmallow Moon Sound Bath

Join us for a serene and symbolic evening as we honor the rhythm of autumn.
You’ll be gently guided into a dreamy visualization where you become the leaf- weightless, untethered and carried on the wind – exploring the art of letting go and going with the flow. As nature releases and transforms, so too can you. This immersive evening blends guided narration with layered ambient sound, projected visuals, and a deeply relaxing live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong.
Please bring a mat, a pillow, and blanket and/or anything else you may need to make sure you are comfortable and able to relax. If lying on the floor is not comfortable for you, feel free to bring a chair (anti-gravity chairs are fantastic!).
