Due to repairs taking longer than expected, the Aquatic Center shutdown is extended until October 22. The Aquatic Center is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, October 23.
The activity pool is starting to be filled. Some of the last repairs are being completed. The pool will need to be chemically balanced and heated, which will take a few days.
Streamwood residents can use the Aquatic Center/facility at the Bartlett Park District, located at 700 S. Bartlett Road in Bartlett.
Streamwood Park District members and patrons will have access to open swim and Aqua Fit classes.

UPDATED THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 30
Due to continued work on the pool pumps, the Aquatic Center shutdown is extended until October 10. The Aquatic Center is scheduled to reopen on Monday, October 11.

Streamwood Park District members and patrons will have access to open swim and Aqua Fit classes.
The Aquatic Center will be closed September 20- October 3 for cleaning and improvements to the HVAC system for the pool, and will reopen on October 4.
The current rooftop unit (RTU S -1) is being replaced with a new unit. Due to changes in building codes and technology, the new RTU will be located on the ground next to the parking lot. As part of the project, a new 12-foot-high return louver will be cut into the brick side wall of the pool area in the southeast corner. The work is scheduled in two phases.
