Apply Now for Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance

Do you live in Suburban Cook County and need help paying rent and utilities due to COVID-19? Or are you a landlord in suburban Cook County with tenants struggling to pay rent due to COVID-19 financial hardships?

The Cook County Emergency Rental Assistance program pays up to 12 months of missed rent and utility payments and up to 3 months of future rent payments. Payments will be made directly to landlords and utility companies.

Payment Protection Program (PPP)

The Cook County Small Business Assistance Program offers assistance for businesses interested in completing a PPP application. Sign-up here.

Small businesses can reach out to Cook County network’s lending partners Lendistry or Allies For Community Business/CRF (formerly Accion), a Community Development Financial Institution, or a local bank to apply directly.

The general application deadline is March 31, 2021.
