The Streamwood Park District Wins the “Partnership Award” at IAPD (Illinois Association of Park Districts) 2020 “Best-of-the-Best Awards Gala”.
The Streamwood Park District is a proud recipient of the “Partnership Award” for their collaboration with the Alignment Collaboration for Education.
The Park District’s collaboration took place over the summer, where the community came together for an interactive learning experience at Kiddie Corner Park. The focus was to improve the reading scores of local children. Free lunches were also served to any families in need.
We are proud to say that we were a part of such a great experience, and are looking forward to working with the Alignment Collaboration for Education, School District U-46, and the Streamwood community in the future.
