The Streamwood Park District recently received a letter of acknowledgement from Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, 8th District, Illinois, thanking Park Manager Amy Vito and her team for their dedicated efforts with Park Pride Day.
Congressman Krishnamoorthi recognized the importance of the event to the Streamwood community in educating residents on different aspects of environmental conservation and keeping waterways clean. The official letter is displayed below.
“This is an incredible way for Amy’s hard work to be recognized and to demonstrate the positive impact that the Streamwood Park District has on others,” said Executive Director Jeffrey Janda.
