On Saturday, July 12 more than 60 agencies across the state will support Unplug Illinois Day by holding events that encourage people throughout Illinois to ditch their electronic devices and “unplug” to enjoy everything that their local park, recreation, and conservation agencies have to offer.
Our group fitness instructors will have stations across the park offering a variety of fun and interactive fitness-themed activities.
