DESCRIPTION:4 years + \nISKC’s karate classes offer a good mix of strength training\, cardiovascular\, and flexibility exercises. Students increase their coordination\, agility\, and poise as well as lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules. \nUniforms and belt testing are available through the ISKC instructor. \nPlease note that youth and adult classes train together. Beginner students will not be permitted to register for the current session after the 2nd class has met.\nRegistration for continuers-advanced students will be accepted after the class start date\, but a full class fee is required. \nREGISTER

DESCRIPTION:4 years + \nISKC’s karate classes offer a good mix of strength training\, cardiovascular\, and flexibility exercises. Students increase their coordination\, agility\, and poise as well as lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules. \nUniforms and belt testing are available through the ISKC instructor. \nPlease note that youth and adult classes train together. Beginner students will not be permitted to register for the current session after the 2nd class has met.\nRegistration for continuers-advanced students will be accepted after the class start date\, but a full class fee is required. \nREGISTER
