An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Monday, repeating until February 27, 2023
This high-intensity interval training class combines calisthenics, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises in cardio intervals. Exercises are done in time bursts with short recovery periods, with a goal of reaching an anaerobic state, and increasing metabolism for 24-72 hours after the workout.
Class days and times are subject to change without notice. Classes with low attendance may be canceled.
