Students increase their coordination\, agility\, and poise as well as lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules. \nUniforms and belt testing are available through the ISKC instructor. \nPlease note that youth and adult classes train together. DESCRIPTION:Boys & Girls \nTeams will practice during the week\, with games being held throughout the state of Illinois on weekends at local travel basketball tournaments from April to August. Playing time in games is not guaranteed\, as this is an advanced-level program with high-level training. This is a travel tournament basketball team that requires approval from the Jr. Sabres coaches to join after tryouts. \nREGISTER ONLINE \nParticipants must register for tryouts with a non-refundable deposit of $25. Participants who make the team will have their deposit applied to their total fee. League fees are due by March 23.
