DESCRIPTION:Attend our Back-to-School Summer Concert at Hoosier Grove Park\, 700 W. Irving Park Rd.\, from 7–8:30 p.m. on Thursday\, August 8. The event features live music from The Messengers\, who tear through modern and classic rock\, today’s country and Americana\, and totally unique medleys and mash-ups that leave audiences dancing\, clapping and frequently speechless. Everyone has fun\, and no show is ever the same. \nA limited supply of back-to-school supplies will be given to local children from donations by organizations in the area. DESCRIPTION:Streamwood Park District’s beloved Hoosier Grove Barn & Brew event (ages 21+) is staying up late again this year under the Friday night lights! Hoosier Grove Barn & Brew brings together local breweries to share some of their best brews on the historic grounds of the Hoosier Grove Barn\, 700 W. Irving Park Road\, Streamwood\, IL 60107\, at a new date and time from 6-10 p.m. Friday\, May 30. \nIn addition to great food and live music\, more than 30 breweries are expected to be on hand sampling their beers\, wines\, ciders and meads. Participating brewers to be announced at a later date. \nEarly bird tickets are now on sale for $40 per person through March 31. General admission tickets are $50 per person after March 31 and $60 at the gate the day of. Each ticket comes with a souvenir cup and entitles the ticket bearer to sample 15 beers. There are also designated driver tickets available for $10 per person. \nBe sure to bring extra cash with you to purchase your raffle tickets for $5 each. Prize packages to be announced at a later date. \nA portion of all proceeds from the event and the raffle goes to the Streamwood Park District Scholarship Program\, which provides recreational and educational opportunities to families in need. \nJoin us for Hoosier Grove Barn and Brew…after dark!
