DESCRIPTION:with Lisa \nThis high-intensity interval training class combines calisthenics\, plyometrics\, and bodyweight exercises in cardio intervals. Exercises are done in time bursts with short recovery periods\, with a goal of reaching an anaerobic state\, increasing metabolism for 24-72 hours after the workout.

DESCRIPTION:The Streamwood Park District gymnastics program is operated by the Gymkhana Gymnastics Club. Gymkhana has been providing high-quality instruction in gymnastics since 1975. They offer programs for all ages and abilities starting from preschool gymnastics classes to their nationally competing U.S.A. Gymnastics Men’s and Women’s teams. Gymkhana’s professional staff is comprised of U.S.A. Gymnastics safety certified coaches. The Gymkhana facility is 30\,400 square feet of the latest and best equipment.
