SUMMARY:Summer Basketball League Deadline
DESCRIPTION:1st – 8th Graders \nIntervillage practices will be held at Park Place during the week. Games will be played in Streamwood and other local park districts\, mostly on Sundays\, for 8 games. Practices will be based on the availability of the volunteer coaches during the week. The goal of the program is to help each participant experience success as they develop their skills and abilities. An emphasis is placed not only on the basic skills of basketball\, but also upon the development of important character qualities such as sportsmanship and teamwork. Grades of each division may be modified depending on enrollment. \nGirls (3rd – 8th graders)\nBoys (3rd-8th graders)\nCoEd (1st & 2nd graders) \nSundays\, June 7 – July 19 \nREGISTER \nOne week of late registration will be open until May 1. A $25 late registration fee will be applied.

SUMMARY:Day Camp Early Bird Rate Ends
DESCRIPTION:Registration must be completed online or in person on the Wednesday preceding your child’s camp start date. An installment billing payment plan can be set up in person at Park Place. The payments will be processed on the 1st of the month\, starting in June & July. If your camper attends the last two sessions in August\, you will have an August 1 payment as well. \nAn initial fee of $100 is due for each camp you register for. This payment goes towards the payment plan. Once completed\, camp forms\, waivers\, and the Parent Manual will be provided through ePACT Network. All forms and waivers must be completed through ePACT by the Friday preceding your child’s scheduled camp start date. \nFees are listed per day. Early Bird Rates are only available for Kids Quest and Explorers Camps. \n

DESCRIPTION:with Lisa \nThis high-intensity interval training class combines calisthenics\, plyometrics\, and bodyweight exercises in cardio intervals. Exercises are done in time bursts with short recovery periods\, with a goal of reaching an anaerobic state\, increasing metabolism for 24-72 hours after the workout.

DESCRIPTION:The Streamwood Park District gymnastics program is operated by the Gymkhana Gymnastics Club. Gymkhana has been providing high-quality instruction in gymnastics since 1975. They offer programs for all ages and abilities starting from preschool gymnastics classes to their nationally competing U.S.A. Gymnastics Men’s and Women’s teams. Gymkhana’s professional staff is comprised of U.S.A. Gymnastics safety certified coaches. The Gymkhana facility is 30\,400 square feet of the latest and best equipment.
